TERMS AND CONDITIONS — RIFAS RAHIM PHOTOGRAPHY

These terms and conditions govern all bookings and photography services offered by RIFAS RAHIM PHOTOGRAPHY.

By paying the advance or confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following:

1. Booking and Payment

•A minimum advance payment of 10% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking.

•The remaining balance must be cleared before the delivery of photographs, albums, or videos.

•Date blocking will be done only after the advance payment is received.

2. Communication and Negotiation

•Any price negotiation or service discussion will be entertained only with clients who have paid the advance amount.

•All final decisions, scheduling, or major shoot-related discussions will only be made with the bride and groom (the couple) directly.

3. Shoot Timings and Coverage

•Wedding Eve and Reception shoots will be covered up to a maximum of 10:15 PM.

•Any request for extended coverage beyond this time will incur additional charges per hour.

•The team reserves the right to conclude shooting at the scheduled time to ensure quality, safety, and equipment maintenance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

•Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

•Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed at least 30 days prior to the event date.

5. Cooperation and Conduct

•The client must ensure the cooperation of guests and coordinators during the event.

•The company will not be responsible for missed shots caused by restrictions at the venue, uncooperative subjects, or time delays.

6. Rights and Usage

•All images and videos captured remain the intellectual property of RIFAS RAHIM PHOTOGRAPHY.

•The company reserves the right to use selected photos and videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client provides written notice declining usage.

7. Deliverables & Data Storage

• Edited photos, highlight videos, and albums will be delivered as per the timeline agreed upon during booking.

• Raw files will not be shared unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and may involve additional charges.

• All project files (RAW and edited data) will be permanently deleted from our storage systems immediately after final delivery. Clients are strictly advised to create their own backups upon receipt.

• If the remaining balance is not cleared within 45 days (1.5 months) from the completion of the event, all captured photos and footage will be permanently deleted without further notice.

8. Liability

•The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to photos or videos due to circumstances beyond control such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or venue restrictions.

9. Acceptance

•By paying the advance or confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
